I have been using this on and off for nearly a year. I plunged in without reading all the background because I just that sort of person. I paid the price for that character flaw, and had to review and redo my work because I did not follow the required format! I am now almost finished fixing things. I hope!

I have returned from the 'holiday months' and was welcomed with a new report that seems to acknowledge yesterday's work. In all the work I did last year, I never received this report.

Is this something new?

Does this go anywhere; Is it replied. I would like to have a short phone chat with someone who works with this material. Can someone call, or reply to me at bmillerworks@gmail.com?

Among other things, this particular form begins "you have followed a link to a page that does not exist yet" That is not a very promising way to begin a 'chat'

Another thing is: on this page, I am having trouble finding the "send" command.

I clicked on 'Add topic' and was told I had not saved it! It took me awhile to find the 'save page button' I will cross my fingers and click on it in hopes that it gets to you!

These and other things make me wonder whether you have a 'new user' document, or any desire for one.

Thanks for any attention this note attracts. And, in advance, any response it elicits.
