I still manage to be extremely
interested in my chewing gum survey.
Such a nice job!
I was surprised when Elaine
phoned this noontime to say that
she hasn’t gotten a job as yet.
We had lunch at Hamburger [Hava...?]
and sat around, talking in the
Plaza. It was good being with
her again.
And so on to the hospital --
a stop at the fortune teller’s,
and home!
A real sweet note from Mrs.
Boyd – saying she’d heard from
Bill too.
