Mr. or Lt. Nieman of C. called at hut. We housed
Pershing's band (110 men) on way home for Liberty
Loan. will return to France. L. Prior operated
upon. all O.K. Mr. Pack of C. took me to lobster
dinner. Visited hospital. Miss Reeves gave dinner
to Bull Johnson [?] Shepherd, P. Marg. Mdme
Mary & myself. songs & games. good time
April 13
Beautiful day. visited French & Amer. hospitals.
& usual canteen day.
April - 14
Bad day. Burwell. fudge. pictures. Baker. Petain Pershing
dance. full day.
