Greeting you are hereby Commanded that of the [Good?] & [?] of Silas M Wright [Late?] in your district you cause to be made the sume of Eighteen dollars 25/100 with interest from the 1st day of January 1841 till paid which Fred W Harrison Plff have recovered vs him for debt also 30 cents cost whereof the said Silas M Wright is convicted by my judgement and that you make return of this receipt within sixty days [?] a J P for the County of Brunswick given under by hand this the 21st day of March in the year 1846

Harrison Judgement on justices warrent for 18.25 $ with interest vs S. Wright and least Judgment rendered at Harris & Goodrichs store on the 3rd Saturday in March 1846

Mr Wright has deposited at Genito Mills six barrels corn for which I am now ready to pay him Eighteen (18) Dollars towards the said described Debt – provided the corn is not claimed for Rent with in thirty days – And to remove all doubts on the subject I am willing thereby offer myself as Mr Wrights security to stay the execution on the judgement for forty days from the time if was rendered according to law. Given under my hand & seal this 27th day of March 1846 John Wyche [Seal]

execution in favour ^ Dr. F.W. Harrison that is in your hands for 40 days from the rendition thereof, as you will see by refferance to the with in acknowledg- ment of Capt. John Wych he will pay the money at that time, The mater is not in legal form, but that will make no difference with Capt Wych.
