In Feb'y last when the question of the oath was agitated, I wrote a letter to Gen. Wistar, upon which he made an order, all of which I understand, is of record in your office here - please furnish me with an official copy of said record & order, & __ __ If not of the whole record, then at least an official copy of Gen. Wistar's order.
