Petersburg April 20th 1863

Dear Friend I write to you a few times hoping when you receive them they may find you well as I am verry uneasy about you for you have had so much trouble latly that i feell verry sorry for you and all The Boys in the company. I write this in [hart?] which you well [teuce?] I saw Miss marry Dr Dove and Mrs. Dove and she is verry uneasy about you and wants you to write [...].
