The personnel of the touring choir will be posted on my office door on Friday, March 29, 1963, at 5:00 p.m. If your name appears on the list, you are to sign in person so that we know we can count on you. Those whose names do not appear on this list are to stand-by for possibly call. If any of the members selected for the touring choir do not fulfill his/her responsibilities, such a person will be replaced.
Because the tour this year is a week earlier than in the past, the following rehearsal schedule will be observed:
Mondays, March 18 & 25 -- Entire Choir -- 3-5 pm.
Wednesdays, March 20 & 27 -- Entire Choir -- 3-5 pm.
Fridays, March 22 & 29 -- 3-5 pm.
