Dear Sir Your (??) of the 17th to hand and duly noted, by (Isham) I send you 1 Sack Salt (116) (45) also send the (??) and (??) in (??) as ordered by Mrs Jerdone when your (??)(??) (??) make every effort to dispose of these advantageously for you. I have (??) from the claims (??) (??) (??) for $145.00 and Cap (Coker) do for $2 4 and have (??) before the (??) 2 (??) three other claims which will no doubt be settled. And trust to be able to do something with the others, one for beef, and the claim for the Negros. I have calld at the (??)
