            With Major Lamb's concurrence, Dr. [Maull?] the
Surgeon of the 1st Del. Reg. Vols., is instructed to occupy
the Academy as a Regimental Hospital.-
Will you please give him possession so that his
Hospital furniture and patients may be moved in?
