Dear Members of the Choir,

My many thanks to all of you for remembering me at Christmastime with such a lovely bottle of cologne.

Your Christmas Concert was a thrill and it did my heart good to see so many of your fellow students sit with complete attention, as if almost enthralled, listening to the "Magnificat."

My best wishes to all of you for another successful season, and thank you again for your thoughtfulness.

Dear Sarah,

Will you please convey to the members of the Choir my sincere thanks for the gift presented to me at the banquet. I am sorry that I am so tardy in acknowledging your act of kindness. This, I know is not in the best tradition of Choir behavior.

I shall miss you and the other senior members. My best wishes to all of you seniors for a bright future. And to those of you who will be back in the fall, have a good summer!
