burg, in the State of Virginia, do hereby constitute and
appoint Sydney Smith, now in the City of Richmond, my
Lawful Attorney with general powers to act for me
in any matter of business or Law in which I may be
concerned in the City of Richmond, and I hereby
obligate myself to notify and confirm his actions in
