Lewis was married the 19th

of last Nov to Miss Mamie

Perrin of Abbeville, a daughter

of Gen'l James Perrin of

Jackson's army, & who

was killed in Va also Annie's

Sister Nellie was married about

a year ago to a Mr. Boykin

Cousin of the Dr Boykin that

you know.  Then again her

Father was so unfortunate as to

have his store burnt a

short while ago, losing heavily,

being only partially insured.

Last year was the worst for

me that I have felt since the
