                       Salem. Oct. 17 of 64.

Mrs. Eliza A. Morgan,

I can buy a nice young horse

sound for $10.00 by waiting a week,

but I have made no regular bargain with

the man. I shall be very busy for 2 or 3 days

and soon as I get time, I shall come over.

I guess the man had better sell the horse

if he can. Horses are very low and everbody

wants to sell on account of Hay being so

high. please send me a letter as soon as you

can, before I come over, and let me

know what the man says.

we are all well and hope to find them

the same,

                   From your Uncle,

                     William Pearson
