Letter from United States Post Office Williamsburg, Virginia 85765

Miss Martha Jordan 117 West Mason Avenue Alexandria, Virginia

Dear Miss Jordan: This will acknowledge your postal dated August 29, 1951, relative to securing a lock box at this office.

Please complete the enclosed application and return to this office with a remittance of $1.30, to cover the rental charges through the quarter ending December 31, 1951. Upon receipt of the completed application and remittance, a box will be reserved for you and the receipt will be forwarded to the above address.

Members of the same family may share a box, otherwise boxes cannot be shared.
