Another "at home" day. Slept late.
I feel as if I needed sleep very much.
Baked a cake & made mayonnaise
this afternoon. This part of the
time until bed time I spent
with Mary. Wrote a letter of
congratulations to Clara Brigham.
Harry didn't return tonight.
Sunday, March 3, 1918
I bought a small turkey for dinner
today. John & Marnie were up for
the day. Harry didn't get home
until 8:30 P. M. so he lost out.
I called this Marnie's birthday
dinner. Mary was a good [?]
girl. Played around but her
cough bothered her a good deal.
