At lunch hour I went to the
East River Savings Bank and
opened an account --- I’m officially
a breadwinner now; and am thrilled
with it all
This evening, I went to the
hospital and then over to Dr.
Duncan’s -- but no injection this
time in view of this week’s
developments.
I’m so pleased with a bottle
of Schiaparelli perfume from Bill
in Paris – it’s a heavenly whiff
and I feel real smooth about
the whole thing.
Lou called to say she’s gotten
a job through Miss Corwin in an
advertising agency at Madison and
4oth – near me, and I’m glad.
