Out of hospital<br />for first time since Feby. 11" on 6th<br />when went into town 1.45 returning<br />at 7.30, standing trip well & did lot<br />of walking. The cleanest city I have<br />seen in France. Weather fairly warm<br />but not as much sunshine as I hoped<br />for.<br />8_15 Very little improvement in weath-<br />er conditions. Sunshine a rarity.<br />Sleeping somewhat better & pain<br />in back practically gone tho<br />muscular spasms about side<br />wound continue to make much<br />discomfort.
