I went to C.H. Roads terribly bad. The Mail did not come

Cut wood from the Tops of the Trees. Delivered 5 Bbls corn to Mr. Robins

Wind E & NE Cloudy in m.g. & began to rain at 12 o,clock
and continued to rain until Sunday mg. Every where
covered with water. Got wood, Mauled Rails.
I went to Ct House, brought Mr. Croswell home
with me who reached there to.day from Richmond.
A man brought some Calicoes & other things from
Mr Brownley. I was from home & he left them
