<html>NOVEMBER 17
A perfectly wonderful day! Lou,
Sheila and I took advantage of the
weatherman’s benevolent ideas and drove
out to Jones Beach in Lou’s car.
We plopped on the sand and munched
on our picnic lunch and then
walked along the beach and board-
walk. The ideally carefree life!
This evening as my hopes were
wearing thin around the edges
the doorbell --- in a better-late-
than-never spirit. – announced
Jim, Ed and his fiancée, Arleen.
(So good to see Eddie again!) We
sat around laughing, reminiscing
over old times, and catching up
on experiences that’ve happened since
our last reunions. We raided the
icebox and had a wonderful
time till past 2:00. Such pleasant
people!
