Mother and I had lunch at
the Fish Grotto and then went to
the beauty parlor, where I had
my pompadour permanented.
Bill Brennan and I went over
to Louise's. Bill Gulick was there too
and the fellows talked about Lehigh.
We all played ping pong and had a
lot of fun.
After Bill and I came home, we
went out in the backyard and looked
at the eclipse of the moon for a while
It was beautiful!

were spectacular and the skating,
