<p>1861<br />March 26th <br />Chesnut [Filly?] [Bellona][crossed out] By Prince Albert <br />Dam by Waterloo. <br />Prince Albert was raised by the late Mr Wickhnam <br />and was one of the best Race horses of his day.<br />He was by Imported Margrave Dam by Sir Charles. <br />Waterloo was by Imported Victory dam &ldquo;Dove&rdquo; full <br />sister of American Eclipse <br />Her Maternal Grand dam was raised in Ohio and <br />bought there by Mr Curtis. Represented To him a Thorough <br />bred, Sired by &ldquo;Yellow Jacket&rdquo; a Kentuckey horse out <br />of a &ldquo;Sweet Briar&rdquo; Mare. (Died in August) <br />Hogs put in Harvest field 19th Aug 1862<br />1 Sows. &amp; One Boar. (38 Sheep of all kinds) <br />15 Large Hogs. <br />25 Smaller sized Hogs<br />27 Pigs [alterered?] this Morning <br />17 do Sows Marked &ldquo; &ldquo;<br />1 Boar Pig Turned out<br />94</p></html>
