For this photo, the figures are arranged to make the letter "A" which was sometimes done to open a concert with "America!" Members always told Pappy's wife, Alice, that we made the "A" for her. When it was time to change formations between numbers, it looked like a swarm of activity until a new image suddenly appeared.
