Robert H. Welch was a member of the faculty at the College of William and Mary from 1970-2000. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College in 1964 and his Master of Arts and Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1968 and 1976, respectively. Dr. Welch taught French classes in the Modern Languages Department at the College of William and Mary. Robert H. Welch in the SCRC database.
