Richard B. Sherman
Richard B. Sherman was a professor in the Dept. of History at William & Mary from 1960-1994. His wife is Hanni Sherman. In addition to his teaching career, he was one of the authors of William & Mary's tercentenary history published in 1993. His appointments: Assistant Professor of History, 1960-1965; Associate Professor of History, 1965-1970; Professor of History, 1970-1987; Chancellor Professor of History, 1987-1994; William E. Pullen Professor of History, 1992-1994.
