Max Blitzer was a student at the College of William and Mary in 1912- . He was manager of the student newspaper, The Flat Hat in 1912. He later served as special assistant to William and Mary President Julian A. C. Chandler in 1932-1933. Blitzer was later the project manager of Jersey Homesteads.
