The Lettie Pate Whitehead Evans Grad Housing complex, built in 1991-1992, is located on South Henry Street,within walking distance of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law and the College's main campus. The two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments feature colonial-style architecture around a landscaped courtyard.
