Also known as the Blood House", located at 402 Jamestown Road (two lots and a two story frame house), at the corner of Griffin Ave.  Purchased in September 1977 from Richard M and Constance M. Blood.  Used by the Endowment Association and as a student residence. In 2005 the home of the Technology & Business Center office.

Corner House ca. 1985
