The Cappon Property of the College of William and Mary is located at 412 Griffin Ave. It is a 1 1/2 story frame house and cottage. A deed of gift dated June 4, 1979 to Endowment Association from Lester J. Cappon.

It was/is faculty housing restricted for use by Omohundro Institute of Early American History and Culture Fellows.(?)
