Andrews Hall was named for Robert Andrews, the first professor of Fine Arts at the College of William and Mary.

It is located behind Phi Beta Kappa Hall on New Campus and faces the main entrance of Earl Gregg Swem Library. Construction began in 1965 and it was dedicated at Charter Day on February 11, 1967. It is currently used as a fine arts building.
