This two-story frame house, located at 228 Jamestown Road, is now known as Bridges House and formerly belonged to Herbert Lee Bridges, a College of William and Mary student (1888-1893), faculty member, and administrator (1907-1933). The house was given to William and Mary in 1975 by F. Margaret Bridges and is owned by the Endowment Association. In 1983, it housed offices for Business Affairs.
