I received your letter some time
ago and was glad to hear that
you are well. we are all well at
present & hope that you are all
able to kick around yet. I am
right end up yet. Well things
is going of smoothy here. Ma &
Scott was in a swiming to day the
wate was chin deep on scott. it is
about 1 mile & 1/2 from where we live.
it is in what they call a grove
here it is about the size of the
hole in wagoners bottome. it
is a little longer. I have been
getting 1 dollar per day for working
at the corn. wheat is $2 dollars per
bushels. O Jess Mattie I want you
to giver her an extra squeeze for
me be sure and do it now. Sure
