OCTOBER 5
The weeks fly by so quickly! – I
met Eleanor for lunch today at
Stouffer’s and chatted with her at
length. – Then this evening I met
Florence. We had dinner at
McGinnis’ (clam fry) and then
went to see “Dark of the Moon.”
It’s a legend – with music -- of the
Stony Mountains of N.C. with
Barbara Allen and the Witch-Boy-
-- most unusual, but very
good. I really loved it.!
Word has it that Dad’s
coming home from the hospital
at last after 18 weeks there!
Such a long time as it’s been!
